Service Agreement: By using our computer repair services, you agree to these terms and conditions. This agreement shall be binding and enforceable under the laws of Singapore.

Repair Services: We will use our best efforts to repair your computer within the quoted time frame. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from such delays.

Payment: Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the repair. We accept payment in cash, credit card or bank transfer. All prices quoted are in Singapore dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Warranty: All repairs come with a 30-day warranty for the specific problem that was repaired. If the same problem reoccurs within the warranty period, we will repair it at no additional charge.

Data Protection: We will take all reasonable measures to protect your data during the repair process. However, we are not liable for any data loss or corruption that may occur during the repair. It is your responsibility to back up your data before bringing in your computer for repair.

Liability: We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to data loss, damage to hardware, software, or any other peripherals, or any incidental or consequential damages.

Non-Warranty Repairs: If the repair required is not covered by the warranty, we will provide you with a detailed estimate for the repair cost. We will not proceed with any repairs until we have received your approval.

Abandoned Devices: Any devices left with us for more than 30 days after we have notified you that the repair is complete and ready for collection will be considered abandoned. We reserve the right to dispose of the device in accordance with applicable laws.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through arbitration in Singapore under the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.

Our 4 ways of providing service
We offer four convenient options for our PC Laptop Computer repairs:
1. On-site repair: Our team of experts will come to your location to fix your computer on the spot, saving you the hassle of transporting your device. You can see how the problem is diagnosed and how it will be fixed. Totally transparent - greatest peace of mind.
2. Carry-in repair: You can bring your computer, notebook, laptop pc or tablet to our Sengkang premises in person to have it repaired. This option is ideal if you prefer a face-to-face consultation and immediate update with our technicians.
3. Pick-up service: We offer pick-up services from various locations across Singapore, including the Central, East, North, North-East, West regions, and Downtown Core. This option is perfect if you're unable to bring your device to us, or if you prefer the convenience of having it picked up and delivered back to you after the repair is completed.
4. Drop-off service: You can drop your computer laptop off to any of our service centers. We will do thorough diagnosis and update you the problem, and advise the charge to get the problem fix. After the repair, you have the option to pick it up yourself, or have we deliver to you.
The pick up locations we cover are:
1. In the East Region, the 5 towns: Bedok, Changi, Pasir Ris, Paya Lebar, and Tampines.
2. In the North Region, the 4 towns: Admiralty, Sembawang, Woodlands, and Yishun.
